This year Maya debuted our 1st ever Cover Contest! We receive amazing artwork from the undergraduate student body every year, and this year was no exception! Submit your photography or artwork for consideration in the Maya 2012 Cover Contest by March 1st!
dpi of 300 is preferred, but not required. Submissions for the cover contest will have Maya‘s logo and the year placed somewhere on it. If you would like to specify where you would like the logo to be placed on your piece, email us at dsomaya@drexel.edu your suggestion with your submission. Any form of artwork will be accepted for the cover contest! Here is Maya‘s logo:
The winning cover for Maya 2011 was “Opera HAUS” by James Robertson!
The winner receives a cash prize and the cover of Maya‘s 2011 issue, and honorable mentions will be published in the 2011 issue. The design is completely up to you, so show us what you think next year’s Maya cover should be! Send us your designs at dsomaya@drexel.edu by March 1st, 2012!
