That's why Animaniacs is one of the most powerful kids shows ever created. They created catchy educational songs that I memorized as a kid. Made me popular in 3rd grade history class, when I could recite every president of the U.S. in order, every state and its capital, and the planets in order from the sun.

A few months ago, when I wanted to write daily but didn't, I would go on reddit.com/r/writing and /r/motivated for inspiration. I found myself spending an hour reading motivational posts that all boiled down to the same thing:

Stop reading this. Write. All you're doing is giving me ad money.

It didn't help. Now I use writeordie.com, a program that forces you to keep writing for a set amount of time or words. To incentivize you, if you stop writing for 5 seconds, the screen turns red. At 10 seconds, it starts blaring annoying sounds, like a screechy violin, baby crying or Hanson. In the last month since using it, I've written at least 1000 words every day. Try it out.

Interviews can be tough; however interviews can be fun as well. You have to feel comfortable and confident at the same time. The handshake should never be to firm or too long, because then things just feel weird from the very beginning. Eye contact is something you just feel for, but it shouldn't be a stare down. When there is silence, this is the perfect opportunity to show some character, talk about the traffic or the commute to the interview, talk about a picture or plaque on the wall, or find something in the room that you can relate to or that you have in common. Rapport building is a great way to separate yourself from other interviewees. Good luck, go get 'em tiger!

I agree; the parking signs must be a Philadelphia conspiracy. Over the past five years, every single one of my friends from out of state has received a parking ticket while visiting me because street parking was not clearly marked. Have you noticed all of the stickers (haha stick on graffiti, I guess) around too? I walk to school from Stiles when the weather permits and I've seen at least a couple hundred stickers on sidewalks, buildings, and street signs.
