Inside look at Drexel’s new Chestnut Square Dorm

(DAVID M WARREN / Staff Photographer Philly.com)

For the past couple months, I’ve had to walk by the constant construction; and I ‘ve been wondering what the insides of the new dorm will look like. Well today, I stumbled across a few photos of Drexel’s $100 million dollar project.

I have to say, the photos look nice. Granted, these are just model rooms, and I’m not sure if the wall art, decorative pillows, or nice leather couch would be included in the actual suites. Still, the sizes of the rooms are nice (seem to be slightly smaller than UCross). All in All, everything looks nice. I might have been tempted to move in there, if I wasn’t graduating. But then again, I remember thinking Millennium was going to be a great dorm, only to find myself in a tiny room and no control over the scorching heat.
