Maya, Drexel’s undergraduate literary magazine, is launching a new online blog to expand its online presence and supplement its print issues with more student writing. Maya’s website will now feature quirky blogs as well as creative writing pieces not found in print issues. One of their new columns will be “Haiku off the week” which will feature haiku written by undergraduate students and Maya staff members. More information on Maya’s blog will be available on it website.
Maya’s also holding their second annual Fall term writing contest. If you’re a Drexel undergraduate and interested in submitting to Maya’s writing contest, visit Maya’s website for more information. The deadline for submissions is December 1st.
